We understand that life can change unexpectedly. Here’s how we handle cancellations:

1. Cancellation by Learners
   
   
   • Learners may cancel enrollment within 14 days of enrollment to receive a refund, provided that less than 50% of the course content has been accessed.
2. Course Cancellations by Us
   
   
   • If we cancel a course for any reason, you will be refunded the full amount paid, or you can choose to enroll in an alternative course.
