Morton Myles was an American fashion designer in the 1960s-1980s. This dress is black velvet with a wide satin like collar. Faux tuxedo jacket look. White is quite clean, a few unnoticeable marks. Velvet is also in good shape. The back seam at the base of the zipper is slightly worn. Buttons are encircled with crystals, one or two are missing, its actually so hard to tell that Im not sure exactly how many. Approx measurements, 18 underarm to underarm, 15 across waist, 39 long.
