We want our learners to be satisfied with their course experience. If you need a refund, here’s how our refund process works:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Refunds are available if you request one within 14 days of your enrollment and have not accessed more than 50% of the course material.
  2. Refund Process

    • To request a refund, contact our support team at admin@redhillsl.ltd with your enrollment details. We will process refunds to the original payment method.
  3. Non-Refundable Situations

    • No refunds will be issued if more than 50% of the course content has been accessed or after the 14-day refund window has passed.
